SELEX Communications – a Finmeccanica company – is to take part in DEFEXPO India 2010, the India’s largest international military exhibition that will be held at Pragati Maidan centre in New Delhi, from 15 to 18 February. SELEX Communications will be present at Finmeccanica stand 18.32 - hall 18 upper floor, with its wide range of advanced communications systems for land applications in the defence sector. 

SELEX Communications, together with the controlled company Sirio Panel, has been awarded two contracts worth a total of 5.6 millions Euro by PILATUS Aircraft Ltd for the supply of communication and identification avionic systems and of cockpit panels. The new systems will be installed on-board of the 25 turbo prop air-trainers PC-21 recently ordered by the United Arab Emirates.

On December 11th it took place at the Corte di Arenaro in Torre in Pietra - Rome, the fifth edition of SELEX Communications' Innovation Award, an initiative that aims at valorizing and awarding the research activities and the most original and innovative projects related to the Company's business.

SELEX Communications, a Finmeccanica Company specialized in the supply of advanced communication, navigation and identification systems for the protection of the infrastructures and of the communities, will participate this year too at the Broadband Business Forum 2009, which will take place in Rome at the Expo Centre of the Fiera di Roma from the 24th to the 25th of November. SELEX Communications will attend this important event with the Hall 4, Stand D15.
